Whiskey is another example of "wait, and you'll be pleasantly surprised". As a kid and dry yearling, Whiskey excelled in general appearance and dairy character, but was average-sized when it came to body capacity. Her freshening brought about a beautifully attached udder, especially her fore udder attachment which is seamless with no pockets. As a younger milker, she placed behind does who matured at a faster rate, but many judges commented on Whiskey's promise. Now that she is an aged doe, she has blossomed into her full potential.

What really makes Whiskey valuable, in our opinion, is her progeny; her daughters have consistently placed in the top of their class. One noteworthy daughter, Zinger, even placed 5th as a yearling milker at the 2010 ADGA National Show.
